Letterbox Cakes

I package my artisan letterbox cake and bake boxes carefully so they look perfect when they arrive and they fit through standard-sized letterboxes so recipients don’t need to wait in for the postman. Box dimensions: 32.5 x 18 x 3.5cm.

Storage

These cakes & bakes are hand baked and free of preservatives. The cakes last well for 4 days after dispatch if kept cool and wrapped/covered. The bakes (flapjacks, brownies etc) will stay fresh for 2wks & it all freezes well.
