Our no gluten bake box is NGCI, meaning it has No Gluten Containing Ingredients, but have no fear ! the contents are just as moist & tasty as our wheaty cakes & bakes.

Our seasonally changing 9 slice selection box contains:
- St Clements Sandwich – light citrus sponge with a squidgy strawberry jam centre
- Kent Apple Cake – bursting with Bramleys & spicy cinnamon
- Chocolate Brownie – rich, dark & sticky
All our cakes are hand made with moistness guaranteed. No fancy fondant, no buttercream and no fake food ingredients. They are dairy free too (just the cakes – the Brownies are choc full of butter!).
Each slice individually hand wrapped and tied with raffia.
Rustic box and gift tag: ‘Enjoy Your Cakes’ with sender’s details on reverse, or include your own message by completing the Order Notes box at the checkout.

No gluten bake box Ingredients:
St Clements Sandwich:- no gluten flour (tapioca, rice, potato, cornflour, sorghum), sugar, carrots, lemons, oranges, eggs, vegetable (rapeseed) oil, water, baking powder, xanthan gum. Jam centre: strawberries, sugar, pectin
Kent Apple Cake:- Apples, no gluten flour (tapioca, rice, potato, cornflour, sorghum), sugar, eggs, vegetable (rapeseed) oil, water, baking powder, cinnamon, xanthan gum.
Chocolate Brownie:- 70% dark chocolate, (cocoa, sugar, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) sugar, eggs, butter, no gluten flour (tapioca, rice, potato, cornflour, sorghum), cocoa, baking powder.
