My no gluten bake box is NGCI, meaning it has No Gluten Containing Ingredients, but have no fear ! the contents are just as moist & tasty as my wheaty cakes & bakes. The only animal ingredients used are local free range eggs from rescued chickens fed on an organic diet.

This deliciously different cake slice selection box is letterbox friendly too, so no waiting in for the Postie & way better than a box of chocolates or bunch of flowers!
My seasonally changing 9 slice selection box contains:
- Lemon & Damson Jam Sandwich – light citrus sponge with a squidgy jam centre (vegetarian)
- Kent Apple & Rhubarb Cake – bursting with fruit & spices (vegetarian)
- Chocolate Brownie – rich, dark & sticky (vegan)
All my cakes are hand made with moistness guaranteed. No fancy fondant, no buttercream and no fake food ingredients. They are dairy free too.
Rustic mail-safe box and gift tag ‘Enjoy!’ with sender’s details on reverse. Or include your own message in the the Order Notes box at the checkout to make it even more special.
Each slice individually hand wrapped and tied with raffia.

Due to demand, different but equally delicious no gluten varieties may occasionally be substituted.
I try to be as ethical as possible in life and baking & there’s more info on my ethics page. My packaging is recycled & recyclable and, like the ingredients, mostly made in Britain. Even the cello wraps can be composted with food waste. The only animal product used are my friend Elaine’s very free range eggs from her beloved rescued chickens fed on an organic diet.
Some of the cakes in this bake box have a 4 day freshness window so it isn’t posted over the weekend. Order by 10am Mon-Thurs & it will be dispatched that day for delivery next day/day after. Later Thurs, Fri & wkend orders will be posted Mondays for delivery Tues/Wed. Most of my other products are longer life and can also be posted on a Friday for delivery Sat/Mon.
I post Royal Mail First Class: usually 1 day/occasionally 2 day delivery. Specified delivery date? I’ll do my best for arrival on or the nearest possible date before. Use the Order Notes box at the checkout for delivery date, messages and any variety swaps. Alternatively email me (Lou) with your info & order number firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to send multiple bake boxes for your whole year’s birthday list, groups/or thank yous, it’s easy! Just place one order with the number you require using your billing address as the shipping address and email email@example.com a list of your recipient’s postal details/ dates/ your personal message/s etc.
Baked fresh by me without preservatives, so store covered out of the sun & eat sponges within 4 days of dispatch & bakes within 2 weeks. Can also be perfectly frozen in their packaging for a future treat.
