I try to be as ethical as possible in life and baking & there’s more info on my ethics page. My packaging is recycled & recyclable and, like the ingredients, mostly made in Britain. Even the cello wraps can be composted with food waste.
I use Royal Mail First Class post.
In a hurry? Order by 10am Mon-Thurs and I will do my best to get your order delivered the next day – although I cannot 100% guarantee this.
Orders after 10am Thursdays will be delivered by the following Wednesday latest (to avoid being caught in the weekend post).
Specified delivery date? Order with a week’s notice for a preferred delivery date (2 weeks for Christmas & Easter) and your order will arrive on that date or the nearest possible date before. Use the Order Notes box at the checkout for delivery date & messages.
If you wish to send multiple bake boxes for your whole year’s birthday list, groups/or thank yous, it’s easy! Just place one order with the number you require using your billing address as the shipping address and email me (Lou) email@example.com a list of your recipient’s postal details/ dates/ your personal message/s etc.
Baked fresh by me without preservatives, so store covered out of the sun & eat cakes within 4 days of dispatch & bakes within 12 days. Can also be perfectly frozen in their packaging for a future treat.
My No Gluten Cakes are made with Doves Farm flour (which is rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat). I also use British sugar and rapeseed oil, and local properly free range eggs.
