Sendmecakes flapjacks are chewy, ‘buttery’, oaty & delicious – and just how they should be – soft in the centre and crispy round the edges. Now they are vegan too so better for animals and the planet. If you can’t resist a sweet treat, but want a health bonus then always choose a flapjack. Oats are the main ingredient of mine and oats have been proven to be good carbs: they lower cholesterol and they’re wholegrain so you’ll feel fuller for longer.
Wheat free diet? My flapjacks are always wheat free and hand made using British oats.

Ethics
I try to be as ethical as possible in life and baking & there’s more info on my ethics page. My packaging is recycled & recyclable and, like the ingredients, mostly made in Britain. Even the cello wraps can be composted with food waste.
Delivery
I post Royal Mail First Class: usually 1 day/occasionally 2 day delivery. Order by 10am Mon-Fri & your bake box will almost always be dispatched that day, next day latest. Later Fri/wkend orders will be posted Monday. Specified delivery date? I’ll do my best for arrival on or the nearest possible date before. Use the Order Notes box at the checkout for delivery date, messages and any variety swaps. Alternatively email me (Lou) with your info & order number info@sendmecakes.co.uk.
If you wish to send multiple bake boxes for your whole year’s birthday list, groups/or thank yous, it’s easy! Just place one order with the number you require using your billing address as the shipping address and email me info@sendmecakes.co.uk a list of your recipient’s postal details/ dates/ your personal message/s etc.
Use by
Baked fresh by me without preservatives, so store covered out of the sun. They will be fine eating for at least 14 days after dispatch of order. Can also be perfectly frozen in their packaging for a future treat.

Regarding food allergies and intolerances
I make every effort to avoid cross contamination of ingredients and products. However, my kitchen also produces a range of foods that include nuts and other potential allergens.
