If you wish to be removed from the contacts list just email info@sendmecakes.co.uk with the word REMOVE in the subject box.
Why I have to publish Terms and Conditions…
In an ideal world terms and conditions would not be needed, we could all rely on trust.
I aim to provide the best cakes to you, in the best possible condition.
Alas, we do not live in a perfect world and things may not always be as we wish. If you have any problems with Sendmecakes service or products please email Lou info@sendmecakes.co.uk. I promise to try my best to fix it as soon as possible.
Orders can only be accepted if valid contact details are provided. If for any reason you need to cancel your order just email Lou info@sendmecakes.co.uk. As long as your order hasn’t already been shipped I’ll refund you in full.

I WON’T SHARE YOUR DETAILS – NOT WITH ANYONE – AND I WON’T BOMBARD YOU WITH EMAILS
- Date of start/finish is on the Prize Draw page
- No purchase necessary to enter
- Entry open to all with a valid email address
- Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified
- The winner’s name may be used for promotional purposes, but only in summary eg Mrs Smith from Sutherland
- Only one entry per person, one entry per prize & there is no alternative prize or interest payable
- Employees, their family members or anyone involved with Sendmecakes are not eligible for entry
- The prize is transferable & can be posted anywhere in the UK & NI
- The winner will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator or randomising software
- The winner will be notified by email
- The name & county of the winner will be available by email request to Lou info@sendmecakes.co.uk
- The promoter is Lou Milligan, owner of Sendmecakes & the promoter’s decision is final
- The prize will be held for one month after notification to the winner
